New Connections are of Following types

The Cash Memos in the above cases are prepared manually by most of the Distributors for issuing it to the Customers. Later for accounting purpose these cash Memos are booked as sales in an Off-line accountancy software package.

GASS prints the New Connection Invoices to the customers on Real-Time basis and simultenously the sales entry is created and also the quantity is deducted from the inventory thus elimanating the efforts of creating a manual Stock Register separately.

Opening Stock + Purchase - Sales = Current Stock.

The Item Master provides for entering the Opening Stock. Purchase Entries of LPG & Beyond LPG items are automatically added to the Opening Stock, similarly Sales entries comprising of New Connections + Refills + Counter Sales + Servicing are subtracted from the Opening Stock and this gives you the Current Stock and thereby eliminates the need of separately maintaning a stock register

GASS provides for maitaining the stock at multiple locations separately e.g. Godown, Shop etc. Provision to enter the rates in the item master gives the value of the stock.

Stock of Filled and Empty cylinders are maintained separately and is automatic

Purchase entry Adds to the Filled Cylinder Stock and Subtracts the Empty Cylinder Stock whereas Sales of Refills Subtracts the Filled Cylinder Stock and Adds to the Empty Cylinder Stock. A New connection only subtracts the Filled Stock.

Enter only Purchase & Sales the Stock Report is generate automatically.
